Dr. H Harish Hande, Managing Director,
SELCO-India, which he co-founded with Neville Williams in 1995. Dr. Hande earned his Doctorate in energy engineering (solar specialty) at the University of Massachusetts (Lowell). He has an undergraduate degree in Energy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Dr. Hande serves on the boards of many organizations, both national and international.

Anand Narayan Manager, Incubation Lab, has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He formerly served as Vice president of Engineering at TensorComm, a Colorado start-up that specialized in capacity enhacing technologies for wireless communication systems. At TensorComm, he oversaw systems engineering, standardization, and Intellectual property, and is a co-inventor on about 20 patent applications in the area of signal processing.

Ananth Aravamudan, Technical Advisor, Incubation Labs, is an electronics engineer from UVCE Bangalore. He has more than 15 years of experience in the product R&D sector at reputed companies like Siemens, Lucent Technologies and MindTree. His primary areas of focus have been wireless communications equipment and medical devices. Prior to joining SELCO, Ananth was heading the Medical Electronics group at MindTree R&D services. Ananth brings to SELCO a very good understanding of embedded technologies, product development lifecycle, IT systems and quality processes. At SELCO, he handles the Incubation Labs' activities in Bangalore, focusing primarily on ecosystem development, technology evaluation, MIS systems and interfacing with other departments of SELCO.
