What kinds of information do we

collect?

We do not collect any personal information about the User through this App except for

the signature that the User puts in the form. Apart from this the App captures the GPS

location of the customer for whom the User is providing the Service.

How do we use this information?

The App works on SELCO’s ERP platform and has been designed only to capture

information required for providing service to SELCO’s customers. The App will be used

by SELCO’s technical team to provide Service to SELCO’s customers.

The information is stored in SELCO’s customer database and mandatory for providing services.

There is no provision to delete or change this information by the Users.

How do we respond to legal

requests or prevent harm?

We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request

(e.g. a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the

law requires us to do so.

How will we notify you of changes

to this policy?

We'll notify you before we make changes to this policy and give you the opportunity to

review and comment on the revised policy before continuing to use our Services.
