Typically, 200 Ah lead-acid batteries are used to increase affordability, ease of maintenance, and suitability for remote areas. However, battery types can be customized based on user preferences and specific power needs.

Converts direct current (DC) electricity generated by solar panels into alternating current (AC) electricity.

LED TV

Do teachers need special training to use solar systems?

These systems are easy to use and maintain. SELCO provides all the training required for teachers and support staff to operate and maintain them effectively.

Does switching from grid to solar require wiring rewiring?

If you choose an off-grid (completely independent) or hybrid (grid-backup) setup, SELCO will install parallel solar-load wiring. The existing fixtures remain the same and only the power input source changes. However, for on-grid systems, separate load-wiring is not required.

How do I determine the right system type and size for our installation?

SELCO will conduct a free site survey that assesses your organization’s needs, suggesting various solar solutions.

How will solar power support future expansion?
